I’m most fulfilled when I’m creating something that brings people together. It's a thread that weaves through my career as well as personal projects—a new methodology for closer customer partnership, a sound bath, a figure drawing night, or dinner among friends. I love learning by doing, following curiosity wherever it leads, and finding meaning in the process of figuring things out.
My work lives at the intersection of art, technology, and community. Through Figure It Out, I bring together the queer community of artists, models, and the curious to make connections and practice the craft of drawing. At Sound It Out, I create spaces to rest and reset through meditation facilitated by sound. At their heart, these gatherings are about expanding what freedom feels like—personally, artistically, and collectively.
Professionally, I build systems that help people and organizations realize their potential. My career began in consulting at Deloitte, where I worked in systems engineering and product management, helping government agencies modernize benefits programs like Medicaid and SNAP. That experience showed me how technology can serve as an instrument of access and empowerment when implemented thoughtfully.
I went on to earn my MBA at Cornell, as part of the university’s new Cornell Tech program—a graduate campus built to explore the commercialization of technology and its role in the digital transformation of society. The program’s studio model, inspired by art schools, emphasized learning by doing, rapid iteration, and live critique. It changed the way I think about collaboration and innovation: that progress happens through practice, feedback, and shared creation.
After returning to Deloitte, I focused on technology strategy for large tech firms and health insurers before joining Highspot in its early days. There, I helped scale the company more than tenfold, building out our customer success, professional services, and advisory practices. I’m proud to have helped shape a customer success function that has become a benchmark in the industry—one grounded in empathy, expertise, and enablement.
Today, my work sits in the world of enablement: helping people develop the skills and systems to flourish. Whether I’m designing customer journeys, building frameworks for teams, or facilitating spaces for reflection through art and sound, the throughline is the same—creating conditions where people can grow into their full capabilities.
When I’m not working or hosting, you’ll probably find me outside—biking around Seattle, swimming in Lake Washington, sailing the Salish Sea, or skiing our nation’s beautiful mountains. My hobby is hobbies—but beneath them all is one pursuit: helping people connect with others and reconnect with their own boundless possibilities.
